You are bidding on a lot of the following:
(1) Stihl TS420 Concrete saw - model# TS420. The saw is in unknown condition.
(2) Stihl TS460 Concrete saw - model# TS460. These saws are in unknown condition.
This Lot contains 3 concrete saws (1) Stihl TS 420 and (2) Stihl TS460. The condition is unknown on all the saws. They were used by our Water Department. The TS420 was used until they got a new saw in June 2025, the other 2 have been sitting.
This LOT is sold AS IS and buyer is responsible for pick up. Appointments for viewing the Lot can be made during the hours of Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Excluding holidays and weekends).
The buyer also must make an appointment 24 hours in advance prior to pick up. Pick up of the Lot is Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. ONLY! (Excluding
holidays and weekends).

Payment

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
