WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS! Property may be removed by appointment only. All items must be removed within 10 business days fromt the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00AM to 12:00PM and 1:00PM to 4:00PM, Monday thru Friday, excluding legal holidays. Prior to removal, the buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale. The buyer is to complete the Auction Release Form provided by the Seller if he/she authorizes someone else to remove the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Prior to picking up a vehicle the bidder or his approved representative must obtain the vehicle title and/or bill of sale from the City of Fayetteville Purchasing Division, Room 306, 113 W. Mountain St., Fayetteville, AR. No vehicles will be released without the Buyer providing the signed vehicle title and Bill of Sale to designated City Fleet Department staff. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER'S LOCATION ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
