Description

2019 TORO 7055 Rake-O-Vac. Unit was in operation up to the listing for auction. Unit has scratches and paint fading consistent with age of the unit. Some areas of rust are present as seen in pictures. Unit has been serviced by our Fleet department at scheduled intervals from new. Tires are in good condition. May have other issues not diagnosed.

ALL items MUST be paid for and removed within 10 days after auction ends. Items not removed within this time frame will be defaulted. Vehicle is sold in “AS IS” condition. Nothing in the background of any picture is included in this auction.

Payment

Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS TAX CALLCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction. TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at : taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay on line; no payments will be accepted on site. All assets must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. No vehicles will be removed within the first twenty-four(24) hours of the winning bid. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. To pickup the property you must make an appointment please call Alice Saroka at (561) 804-7026. We will then schedule a time for pickup. Most hours will be between 8:00am to 2:00p.m. ,Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays.
