This listing is for two Alto-Shaam Combitherm ovens that are stacked and connected. The upper unit is model 7.14 ESI, the lower unit is model 7.14 ESI/SK. They are constructed of stainless steel and are in good cosmetic and structural condition, except for a slightly bent front leg on the lower unit. Each oven has a 3/4" treated water inlet, a 3/4" untreated water inlet, a drain, a 1.5" gas inlet, and a combined exit exhaust. There is also a handheld shower nozzle for easy cleaning.
Description:
Can be used to bake, steam, smoke, variably steam, roast, oven fry, and bake. It is capable of self cleaning and has safety features such as automated steam ventilation. There is a USB port for firmware and software. This USB also means recipes and food specific information and settings can be stored to the oven. The year of manufacture is 2012. The maximum internal weight capacity of each oven is 168 lbs., and the maximum volumetric capacity is 133 liters. With a temperature range from as low as 86F and as high as 500F, these ovens are highly efficient and versatile.

The winning bidder or authorized designee/shipper are expected to visually inspect their purchase prior to removal and sign the Inspection form. Once the auction lot is removed from the premises there will be no refund, no exchanges, no dispute.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
