Sale #26-1729, Lot of (2) 30yd Roll Off Dumpsters
This sale is for two 30yd open top roll off dumpsters. Each dumpsters have a 7-gauge floor and 12-gauge sides, and measures 8'W x 21'L x 8'H and weighs 5500lbs.

Dumpster is in need of repair due to some holes, dents, and rust damage along the walls and floors.
This unit is located at City of Fayetteville Recycling and Trash Collection Division at 1560 S. Happy Hollow Rd., Fayetteville, AR 72701.
Only the item described herein is included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured.
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no warranty expressed, written or implied. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the item before bidding. Major or minor defects may or may not be noted. Other defects may exist and it is YOUR responsibility to verify the functional ability of each item listed. All sales are final.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are strongly urged to inspect prior to bidding. Payment
All payments will be made between the Buyer and GovDeals, Inc. Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. NO CASH, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Purchases will be released only upon notification from GovDeals of receipt of full payment. Removal
WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS! Property may be removed by appointment only. All items must be removed within 10 business days fromt the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00AM to 12:00PM and 1:00PM to 4:00PM, Monday thru Friday, excluding legal holidays. Prior to removal, the buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale. The buyer is to complete the Auction Release Form provided by the Seller if he/she authorizes someone else to remove the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
