Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property Thursday, November 13, 2025 through Wednesday, November 26, 2025 Inspection is by appointment only between the hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.

Removal

Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of pickup. Confirmation of payment must be received from GovDeals prior to scheduling pickup.
