Police Motorcycle Accessories Restriction Clause
The motorcycle being auctioned may be equipped with law enforcement–specific equipment or accessories (including, but not limited to, lights, sirens, communication devices, police insignia, or any other apparatus designed for official police use).
Use of these accessories is strictly limited to authorized law enforcement officers and agencies. In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, any purchaser who is not a sworn police officer or an authorized law enforcement agency is prohibited from operating, displaying, or utilizing any police-specific equipment installed on the motorcycle.
It shall be deemed unlawful for any private individual, civilian, or organization outside of a law enforcement agency to activate, display, or otherwise employ police accessories on the motorcycle once purchased. Any violation of this restriction may result in legal penalties, including but not limited to fines, confiscation of equipment, or other enforcement actions as provided by law.
Purchasers outside of law enforcement agencies are required, at their own expense, to remove or disable such equipment prior to operating the motorcycle on public roadways.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
