BID CAREFULLY: NOTICE: The bidder is encouraged to do an on-site inspection. The seller implies no warranty or guarantees; sold “AS IS- WHERE IS”. It is recommended that Interested parties inspect the items prior to bidding. Buyer will be responsible from moving the case from inside the post office to the dock with their own manpower and equipment. Only what is described is for sale regardless of what else is in the picture, .
All Hand Sanitizers listed in this auction are expired. Please carefully read all the information below prior to bidding on these items.

The buyer shall manage the hand sanitizer in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. The hand sanitizer must be:
1. Used for its intended purpose as an antiseptic; or
2. Legitimately recycled per 40 CFR 260.43 in one of the following ways:
a. Reclaimed at a facility with a permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to produce ethanol, and the reclaimed ethanol is legitimately used in a product (including in a fuel or as a fuel additive); or
b. Reclaimed at a facility that does not have a permit from the TTB, and the alcohol must be used in a product that is not burned for energy recovery and that is not used in a manner constituting disposal.


Only items described herein is included in sale regardless of what else is pictured; any plastic pallets are NOT included in lot. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of items. Winning bidders will provide their own transportation and manpower, tie down straps necessary to safely remove the lot; and adhere to all safety regulations, guidelines and requirements.

Under no circumstance will the USPS provide assistance with loading or shipping. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT to inspect or pick up any/all items.
