Due to Cov-19, the following processes have been instituted to ensure customer safety: There will be no pre-bid inspections of items listed.

REMOVAL: If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the
Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with
a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to:

For customers without access to a scanner, a very CLEAR digital photo may be accepted.

Customer will contact Scott Brooks at (979-209-5508) to make an appointment to collect all items. Appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance and will be scheduled weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. excluding all major holidays. All pickups will be made as “curbside” pickup, left conveniently on our warehouse dock. Should forklift loading be applicable (depending on the item) protocol will be taken on a case by case basis.

WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS AND IT IS UP TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO COLLECT ALL ITEMS.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED
FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be
released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property
awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the
website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the vehicle or equipment.

If you plan to have a third party complete removal of an auction lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

Titles (if applicable) will be mailed to purchaser via certified mail.
