Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing; loading and transportation to and off of the property. Everything in lot most be picked up on the same day, make sure that vehicle is large enough to accommodate all items purchased. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
