The value and/or information provided are based upon Westfield Jewelry Appraisers / GLA's best judgment and are not a representation of warranty. Please keep in mind, a pre-liminary report is not the most complete nor thorough service offered by Westfield Jewelry Appraisers or GEMLABAMERICA but was requested by originator. The Fair Market Value reported is the price that would be paid by the greatest number of willing buyers from willing sellers. Estimated Retail Replacement value can be defined as the maximum replacement cost of the item described on the card whereby the item would be custom made to replicate the item and gemstone would be replaced by a jeweler within the area appraised. The values expressed make no opinion expressing any long-range future value. Unless otherwise stated, the weights of all mounted gemstones are estimated by standard Gemological Institute of America formulas. All measurements are approximate. Actual quality, color, and clarity grade of gemstone may differ if analyzed in a different light source or out of the mounting. Diamond(s) and colored gemstone(s) were graded to extent the mounting(s) would permit and were not removed from their settings for exact weight or quality grades. The grading instruments used for diamonds are those used in systems developed by the Gemological Institute of America or otherwise accepted by the American Gem Society. Unless otherwise stated, all colored stones are presumed to have been subjected to stable and commonly used (possibly undetectable) color enhancement processes such as heat treatments. GEMLABAMERICA & Westfield Jewelry Appraisers are 3rd party Gemological & Jewelry companies and are not associated with SCYES, LLC, or GovDeals (Liquidity Services Marketplace).

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection.

This type of appraisal is done to protect you in the event of damage or loss. The appraisals are conducted by independent 3rd Party appraisal firms that may utilize a Certified GIA Graduate Gemologist. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone/jewelry metal weight, size, and grade only, not actual value. Items should NOT be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price or for profit.

SCYES does NOT under any circumstances guarantee any values provided in the description or shown on Jewelry/Gemstone preliminary identification cards and/or appraisals. This information is provided to the buyer by the seller for information purposes only and has been provided by independent 3rd party companies. AUTHENTICITY:

We are not mechanics or experts in art, sports cards, coins, any other frequented faked medium. Buyer agrees there are no refunds, warranties or returns if items are sold and later discovered as unofficial, unauthentic. If you are not confident items are authentic or genuine, DO NOT BID. We are not authenticators and do not warranty items against, weight, type, size and/or if they are or are not forgeries, facsimiles, reproductions or copies.

RETURNS:

As is auction - No returns, refunds or warranties are issued in writing or verbally. All items are local pickup. If you authorize a third party (shipping company or courier) to sign the Bill of Sale and pick up the purchased item on your behalf then you are responsible for delivery, damage during delivery or any other claim after the item is removed from our premises.
