2011 Boston Whaler 350 Challenger

3 outboard Mercury Verado 300 hp each (Model #’s: 1300V23KD, 1300V33KD, 1300V24KD)
Approximate overall length with Taft rail 39’, beam 12’
Comes with a letter for titling purposes.
Currently out of the water and stored in the lot at Safe Harbor Marina in Sandusky, Ohio. Arrangements would need to be made between buyer and Safe Harbor Marina for transport from the facility or storage. Vessel has not been in the water for approximately 3+ years due to blown powerhead in Starboard Motor.
Known issues:
• The starboard motor has a blown powerhead
• Hours are around 2300 for the motors as well as the hull
• The circuit board on the generator is removed
• There is a water inlet/seacock that was taken off under the back hatch where you access the generator
• The captain’s seat had the fold down portion removed
• All three PCMs have been removed from the motors
• One marine radio was removed, one still installed. Antennas were removed.
Sold As-Is, Where-Is.
All costs related to pickup/transport are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Business hours for removal appointments are Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm, excluding holidays. There are no after-hours or weekend pickups allowed.
Buyers have five (5) business days to pay once the auction closes. Once payment is made, buyers have five (5) business days to remove property. Any property not removed within the five (5) day time frame is considered abandoned and will be disposed of as The State of Ohio chooses. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Buyer will also be prohibited from bidding and buying from The State of Ohio.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to das.gsd.surplus@das.ohio.gov prior to any removal arrangements being made.
