Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

SCYES MUST Receive a Signed & Completed Authorization of Release Form Prior to items being released. (See Link Below)ANY and ALL claims for mis-description MUST be made PRIOR to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

This form is required in order for your item(s) to be released to the courier or any other 3rd party picking up an asset on the buyer's behalf.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

As a courtesy SCYES will email the Buyer the TRACKING INFORMATION once the item(s) are picked up and shipped.

You can visit the Shipping Companies website FedEx.com to TRACK the package and find out about other options such as rescheduling the delivery, request the package be held for pickup by the recipient & more.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY:

Orders are processed within ONE - TWO business day(s).

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched by the Operations Center on Monday thru Thursday.

Order Processing DOES NOT BEGIN until Properly Completed Authorization of Release Form and State or Government Issued Driver's License / I.D. are received.

There is NO guarantee of value on any item, even if sold with Jewelry or Gemstone Preliminary I.D. Card or Professional Appraisal. These are for information only and performed by 3rd party companies. These are NOT guaranteed in any way by SCYES, LLC..

SCYES is Released of ANY & ALL Claims & Liability on ANY asset(s) released to ANY 3rd Party once the asset physically leaves the SCYES Operations Center location.

This includes claims for missing or damaged packages.

All Assets are shipped by 3rd Party Couriers and/or Companies. (FedEx / Postal Annex)

Assets are not shipped by SCYES therefore SCYES will NOT issue any refunds or credits for any package or shipping related claims.

All package / shipping claims must be handled between the Buyer and the 3rd Party Shipping Courier directly.

SCYES will NOT assist with claims.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

GUARANTY WAIVER:

Note: Upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

RETURNS:

As is auction - No returns, refunds or warranties are issued in writing or verbally. All items are local pickup. If you authorize a third party (shipping company or courier) to sign the Bill of Sale and pick up the purchased item on your behalf then you are responsible for delivery, damage during delivery or any other claim after the item is removed from our premises.
