The winning bidder must load this John Deere 310E Backhoe Tractor. We were told by the Department this Tractor was in Operational condition the last time it was used 2 years ago. However we were told by the Department it does have Boom Cylinder issues which is the reason they quit using it. See pictures for more details.

Removal
