Lot consists of one (1) Arctic Air Commercial Refrigerator. Unit operational when removed from service. Inspection recommended - see inspection date below. Please PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE REMOVAL NOTES BELOW.
This item is located at the Savannah Rapids Pavillion in Martinez, GA. An inspection date for items at this location has been set for Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm.
Items MUST be removed on Monday, September 22, 2025 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm or Tuesday, September 23, 2025 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Items will NOT be released until payment confirmation has been received from GovDeals.
Winning bidders who have not paid and who have not picked up their items on the dates listed above will be held in default with GovDeals. Please do not bid if you cannot meet the payment and pickup requirements listed above.

Bidders will need to bring any tools necessary for item removal. We will NOT have tools on-site. **PLEASE NOTE: Kitchen items that are hooked up to utilities require a licensed electrician and /or plumber to disconnect and remove the item(s). This will be the responsibility of the buyer, so please take this into consideration when placing your bid. **

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Columbia County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. - 11a.m & 2p.m. - 4p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
