Lot consists of plastic folding tables and chairs. There are APPROXIMATELY 150 chairs, 11 - 5' round tables, 2 - 4' round tables, and 5 - 8' rectangle tables. Please inspect to verify quantities. Operational when removed from service. Inspection recommended.

This item is located at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion in Martinez, GA. Items will NOT be released until payment confirmation has been received from GovDeals. The address for inspection and item pickup is: 3300 Evans to Locks Road, Martinez, GA 30907. Bidders will need to bring any tools/equipment necessary for item removal. We will NOT have tools or labor/assistance on-site. **PLEASE NOTE: These items are located at the Dance Pavilion outside of the Savannah Rapids Pavilion building. Items have been stored outside and are dirty. Access to the Dance Pavilion is limited, and there are stairs and uneven walkways/terrain that the buyer will have to carry the items across. Please take this into consideration when bidding and planning your pickup. See photos for more information. **

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Columbia County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. - 11a.m & 2p.m. - 4p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
