Description

Miscellaneous office items including multiple desk components, numerous and varied sized metal filing cabinets, smart white boards, over 100 office chairs, conference room tables, office doors, brochure racks, couches, side tables and many more items. Bidders are welcome to visit and see the range of items but must call to make an appointment. Please call Bill Hunt at 423-952-5070.

Winning bidder is responsible for the removal, loading, and transportation of everything in the lot. Bidder must come prepared to transport items with their own moving equipment. No trash or dumpster use will be allowed.

Removal


ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.


A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
