UP FOR SALE IS A 2016 Dodge Charger SEDAN 4-DR, 3.6L V6 DOHC 24V. This vehicle was a Police Patrol Unit. It has been fleet maintained. Vehicle service history attached. Vehicle was taken out of service in 1/2025. Cranks with a jump, runs and drives. A/C blows warm. The body has imperfections, dents and some holes see pictures. The white paint has been covered with black paint to adhere to this new law enacted 7/2020, see note below. Vehicle is sold as pictured, As- Is Where-Is. PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Removal

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30 am - 11:00 am and 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Failure to remove purchased item(s) within the specific ten (10) business day time frame will result in loss of purchase by the Buyer and the City will retain 100% of the bid payment.
