Inspected the ground straps to make sure they were secured and tightened properly at this time and they were good. Inspected all of the fuses and relays at
this time and they were good. Unit seems like its not getting and building fuel pressure. Checked the units fuel pump and it turns on at this time. Inspected fuel
pump relay and swapped it with another one and unit started up at this time. Replaced fuel pump relay at this time @ 79,963 miles
