One (1) 2015 Toro 5000 Series Mower 52” Deck with 1,790 operating hours . Mower has a Kohler 25HP engine that runs but has intermittent fuel issues. Will cut off after running a while but starts back after cooling off. This auction includes bagger system. Mower was assigned to the Cemetery & Grounds Division. Buyer is responsible for pickup and removal of this item from the Equipment Services Division located at 218 E. Summit Avenue, Burlington, NC 27215. Pickup location is accessible 8am-3pm Monday through Friday only.
There is no minimum bid for this auction. This item is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”.

PAYMENT

SALES TAX

Removal
Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
