All items sold will be available for pickup on Monday thru Friday of the week between the hours of 9:00 AM-2:00 PM and 24 hours notice prior that the bidder will want to pick up an item is required. AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED TO PICK UP ALL ASSETS. If you arrive after 2 PM, you may have to wait until the following day. Again, Removal is by Appointment only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. You must come with your own labor and an adequate vehicle for removal.

FAILURE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT MAY BE CAUSE FOR YOU NOT TO BE ABLE TO REMOVE ASSET WHEN YOU ARRIVE. YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 2 PM TO REMOVE AN ASSET. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE TOWED FROM OUT LOT. IF YOU FAIL TO BRING A TOW VEHICLE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REMOVE VEHICLE! READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BIDDING OR REMOVING YOUR WINNING BID. IF YOU ARE SENDING A CAR HAULER, YOU MUST HAVE PAPERWORK COMPLETED 1ST! If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
