The evaporator is designed for evaporating specialized products and is equipped with thermo-compressor and all pumps for product, concentrate and
condensate. All parts of the system that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel 1.4301. The plant is operated with a tubular pre-
evaporator for heating the product using steam. From the preheater the product is sent to the 1st stage, where concentration begins. The partially
concentrated product is taken from the bottom of the 1st stage and from here it is passed through the 2nd stage heating unit where the final concentration
takes place. The vapor is condensed where the 2nd stage functions as a 1st stage condenser. The vapor from the 2nd stage is condensed in a surface
condenser using cooling water. The condensate is taken out from the 2nd stage. The vacuum in the system is established by an effective water ring pump
connected to the condenser. The system is designed to be CIP cleaned by circulating detergents and water. The heating unit is designed in such a way that the
