Important Pickup Information:

  • NO SHIPPING OFFERED – This is a remote location with no shipping facilities nearby.
  • Seller will not pack, load, haul, ship, deliver, label, or box any items.
  • Buyer is fully responsible for removal of all items, including packing, loading, hauling, pickup, and/or shipping.
  • Pick up is available Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-up is available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (business hours). All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
