This Trailer is an Eager Beaver 20XPT 20 ton flatbed equipped with ABS Air Brakes. This Trailer is rated for 40 ton and is equipped with 2 Axles and Duel wheels on both axles. Designed with 14” Hi-Tensile steel frame , an 8’6” wide deck by 19’ flatbed and a 6’ beavertail this trailer also has a GVWR of 48,380lbs, 5 roto-rings on each side , a 2 speed Jack and a 12V DOT approved lighting system. This trailer has 8 tires 215/75/R17.5. The decking is in very good shape including the ramps along with the rest of the trailer as it will be advertised as in “Good” condition. All service and maintenance records are available for this trailer.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only, and ***must fill out and fax access approval form (attached) at least 24 hours in advance of an inspection appointment***. You will not be able to enter the premises without filling out and faxing over the access approval form.

Removal
***Winning Bidder must fill out and fax access approval form (attached) at least 24 hours in advance of the removal appointment***. You will not be able to enter the premises without filling out and faxing over the access approval form. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
