Most items offered for sale are Surplus Property, used by the State of Arkansas and may contain defects not immediately detectable. These items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no Warranty or Exchanges. Bidders are invited, urged and cautioned to inspect any item you are interested in prior to bidding. Bidders may inspect property prior to placing a bid and must adhere to the days and times (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm CST) here at Marketing and Redistribution (6620 Young Road, Little Rock, AR 72209).

All property must be removed from its selling location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyers Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance may be provided when time permits. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed on the Buyer's Certificate.

NOTE: Some assets are located around the State of Arkansas and are not located at DFA Marketing and Redistribution (AR State Surplus) in Little Rock. Please see the listing and item description for any "Special" instructions regarding Pickup or Removal of Assets. We will provide contact information on items not located in Little Rock. Please refer to the item description for those phone numbers and specific inspection times. Description Warranty: The Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misrepresentation must be made prior to removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, the Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
