One (1) 2016 Mack LEU613 with a Heil 28-yard DuraPack 7000 Side Loading Refuse body. Truck has 128,220 miles, 11,567 engine hours, Caterpillar C11 engine and Allison 4500RBS-P transmission. Truck does run and there are no known mechanical issues. The vehicle is operational with no known mechanical issues, and all maintenance has been performed at regularly scheduled intervals. It was previously assigned to the Solid Waste Division.
The truck has a clear, transferable title, which will be provided to the buyer at the time of pickup. The buyer is responsible for pickup and removal from the Equipment Services Division located at 218 E. Summit Avenue, Burlington, NC 27215. Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
There is no minimum bid for this auction. The item is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.”

Removal
Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
