Could you share the basis for the minimum bid on this unit? Comparable listings same model, same year, and similar mileage are readily available through South Bay dealers and private sellers, and in many cases below the reserve set here. Surplus auctions like this one are generally intended to recover fair market value and move assets efficiently, not to exceed retail pricing. Given the current market, a starting bid in the range of $10,000 would be far more consistent with what these units are actually selling for and would likely draw more competitive bidding. Sure. Per Cargurus, the average price nationwide is $26,998.00. And most of those in that range have about twice the miles. So I'm fairly confident it will sell. Yes, lost. Clean title. We use the DMV Reg 227 form, to transfer without title and request new title for the buyer at the same time. It's paid off. Been sitting for over a year, but battery was still at 78%. Just needed to replace the 12v. How do fees work for the winner is the winning bid added to the buyers premium and taxes on that final number or taxes only at the final bidding number and 12.5 percent of that.
