All vehicles may or may not have some dents, dings, scratches, body damage, or missing parts. Some paint colors may be faded and/or interior upholstery could be faded, torn or damaged. Vehicle history and/or maintenance records are not available to the seller. Some vehicles are parked for extended periods of time and road worthiness is unknown. Seller recommends towing the vehicle to a certified mechanic prior to driving on roadways. Unknown if the item(s) were working when seized, see pictures for details. ***GUARANTY WAIVER: All Property is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." Seller makes no guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. A title and bill of sale for the item(s) will be provided to the buyer. The buyer is responsible to title the vehicle in their residing County/State. ***A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within 10 business days and stated on the Buyers Certificate/***items will be considered abandoned property and your payment forfeited if not picked up within 10 business days from the time and issuance of the Buyers certificate.
