Sold “as is, where is.”
This auction is for a 2016 Jacobsen Mower This was pictured on 08/22/25. This unit has been sitting unused since March 2024, actual running and driving condition is unknown. It has a Diesel engine. Please see pictures or inspect for yourself to determine the overall condition. The Mower blades for the sides appear to have hydraulic issues and are tied together to prevent them from dropping. Our records indicate: lower left solenoid overload issue even after replacing solenoid 06/28/23, removed cleaned and reinstalled fuel tank 09/19/25, tie rod steering assembly repaired 08/20/19.
Service records available upon request. The last preventative maintenance services were completed in November 2022. May need tires replaced this unit also comes with 4 replacement tires.
We do not guarantee the working condition of any part or component or the unit as a whole. This equipment was purchased new 09/29/10 and has been maintained by The City of Midwest City fleet department.

Removal
Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
