Cinder block walls in the majority of the building. The exterior in need of some repairs to what extent is unknown to seller. Property to be sold as is, where is, subject to any and all liens, taxes or other matters of public record. Note that the highest bid will need approval from the Washington County, NC Commissioners. Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including the highest bid for any reason or no reason in its sole and absolute discretion.
