Sold “as is, where is.”
This auction is for a 2002 John Deere. This unit has been sitting unused since January 2025, actual running and driving condition is unknown. It has a diesel engine and a manual transmission. Please see pictures or inspect for yourself to determine the overall condition. Our records indicate: cleaned out gearbox removed seal and reinstalled gear box cover 02/13/24, replaced battery and fuel filter 01/08/24, fuel shut off valve leaking and sucking air into fuel supply took off valve and bypassed 03/02/23, .
Service records available upon request. The last preventative maintenance services were completed January 2024. May need tires replaced.
We do not guarantee the working condition of any part or component or the unit as a whole. This equipment was purchased new 06/05/02 and has been maintained by The City of Midwest City fleet department.

SALES TAX

Removal
Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
