This auction is for a large office desk. Normal wear and tear with knicks and scratches. Very sturdy. The item is used. SOLD AS IS
Item sold as is, where is and no assistance provided for removal, loading or pick up. Must schedule pick up with contact person. Will not ship. *NO SHIPPING* Pick-up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 2:00pm. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ID will be required when picking up items. IDs may be scanned via IdentAKid for thorough background check to gain access into our schools. *Please provide a copy of your bill of sale upon pick-up. Removal and/or disassembly of items are the buyer’s responsibility. This includes any aid or person(s) required to move said item(s). *Please read all PURCHASING and PICK-UP instructions below.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Many of these items are located in a working school or at an off-site location, therefore, pick-up is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY in order to minimize any disruption to students and/or teachers. Pick-up hours are Monday-Thursday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., excluding district holidays. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For pick-up, please refer to the contact information listed in the description.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, transportation, and removal of all property awarded to them. The Buyer will be responsible for any damage incurred as a result of the property removal. All property offered for sale is in "As Is" condition. Under no circumstances will School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties assume responsibility for packing, loading, transportation, or shipping. No assistance is provided.
