Inspection

Due to limited staff availability Inspection is by appointment only. Please Email surplus@nsd.org or call 425-408-7870 to set up an appointment. We are open between 6:30am - 2:00pm Monday-Wednesday for inspections.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure or you will be placed in default.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

REMOVAL / PICKUP TERMS (GovDeals)

  • Pickup by appointment only after payment is completed
  • Schedule pickup using the provided scheduling link
  • Pickup Hours: Monday–Wednesday, 6:30 AM–2:00 PM (PT)
  • Closed weekends and holidays

Removal Deadline:

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days of Buyer’s Certificate issuance.

Items not picked up may be relisted and sold with no refund.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Buyer is responsible for all packing, loading, and transportation

Authorized Pickup / Freight:

  • Items released only to Buyer or authorized representative
  • Authorization must be submitted prior to pickup
  • Freight carriers require a Bill of Lading (BOL)
  • Buyer’s name must appear as shipper
  • Buyer responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements

Arrival Policy:

Late arrivals must reschedule.

Cleanup Requirement:

All purchased items and related materials must be removed.

(Empty pallets may be left.)

Items left behind may result in GovDeals account suspension and permanent restriction from future Northshore School District auctions.

Liability:

GovDeals and Northshore School District are not responsible for loss, damage, or claims related to third-party shippers.
