Payment MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO PICK UP. Payment can be made by cashiers check, money order, or cash. Payment will be made at 10 Public Square 2nd floor Columbia TN 38401. Once payment is made buyer will be given the title and a receipt and can then go to Maury County Solid Waste 1233 LAWSON WHITE DR COLUMBIA TN 38401(approx 4 miles). Payment and pick up MUST BE DONE M-F between 8am and 3pm. Buyer is responsible for all loading of vehicle/equipment. Maury county does not tow, load or offer loading assistance.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
