Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal. Coconino County will not assist with loading or delivery.
Other than transportation/picking up, NO work will be allowed on Coconino County property.
Any equipment attached to a sold unit must be taken with the sold unit. No items, attachments or equipment may be left behind on Coconino County property.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and copy of driver's license and potentially an Authorization of Release, (if the named buyer is not present at time of pick up). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
