This auction lot is for one (1) Apple MacBook Pro laptop computer. It is used and in fair condition. The hard drive has been factory reset with macOS Monterey. It does NOT include a charging cord or any other accessories (laptop ONLY).
Specs: i7 Processor, 16 GB RAM, 932 GB Hard Drive.
Measurements: 14.25" x 9.75" x 0.5", Screen - 15.25"
The lot is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO GUARANTIES.
Please note, this lot is NOT packaged or ready for any kind of shipment. We do NOT pack or ship anything. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make all necessary arrangements to have ALL items removed within the allotted timeframe.

Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
Pick-up hours are Monday through Friday between 8:30 am EST and 2:00 pm EST.
We are located in the lower level of the Administrative Services Building at The University of Akron. The address is 185 East Mill Street, Akron, OH 44325. There are signs on the sidewalk directing auction pick-ups and deliveries to drive down the ramp to the loading docks below.
We do NOT pack or ship any items.
