Condition Unknown. ***NOTICE ALL BUYERS*** All items purchased must be removed from the City of Gainesville's premises within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Items not removed within 10 business days will be charged a $50 daily storage fee by the City of Gainesville. No Exceptions. In the event that items are not removed from the City of Gainesville's premises within 20 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate, the items will be reauctioned. The storage fee must be paid in full to the City of Gainesville prior to removal of items. The repair of surplus items is prohibited on City property. All decals have been removed leaving impressions. Exterior has scratches, dings, dents. Items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind is expressed or implied. Once an item has been removed from seller's location, all sales are final.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
MUST CALL TO SCHEDULE PICKUP AND REMOVAL.
All items purchased must be removed from City of Gainesville's premises within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. THE REPAIR OF SURPLUS ITEMS IS PROHIBITED ON CITY PROPERTY.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each asset page for removal details.
