This unit is currently underneath a building and will be removed by a local crane service. Shortly after this auction ends the unit will be moved to an open location and the buyer will be required to make removal. There is an option for the buyer to contract with the local crane service to deliver directly to buyers location to avoid the additional loading fee. Removal of this unit from its current location is provided by the seller only to the local fairgrounds.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
