This listing is for multiple pallets of used library books being sold as-is, where-is. The books cover a wide variety of subjects including fiction, non-fiction, reference materials, and more. Books were formerly part of an academic library collection and may have library markings, labels, or protective covers. Conditions range from good to well-worn, and some books may have damage or missing pages.
Quantities and titles vary per pallet and are not individually listed. Photos represent a sample of what is included, but contents will vary.
Buyers must bring appropriate transportation and loading assistance. Pickup is by appointment only. All sales are final.

Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
