GovDeals is the outlet that we use to sell assets that our school system has purchased for use. We try to get a fair value for the item being sold. That money is going right back into the school system for use. Depreciation from when it was purchased new until its current useable value happens, so we set the reserve accordingly. Unfortunately, we are not at liberty to disclose the reserve and are waiting for the market to determine the price. At close, this lot could be offered to the highest bidder closest to the reserve price. Also, remember that we can re-auction these items if they do not reach the price we are looking for. The odometer has not been tampered with, so I can only assume that the mileage is what is showing on there. We are a small school district, so there was no need for long distance driving and hauling.
