MUST CALL TO SCHEDULE PICKUP AND REMOVAL.

All items purchased must be removed from City of Gainesville's premises within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Items not removed with 10 business days will be charged a $50 daily storage fee by the City of Gainesville. No Exceptions. In the event that items are not removed from the City of Gainesville's premises within 20 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate, the items will be reauctioned. The storage fee must be paid in full to the City of Gainesville prior to removal of items. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

THE REPAIR OF SURPLUS ITEMS IS PROHIBITED ON CITY PROPERTY.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each asset page for removal details.
