Copy of Third Party ID required for pick up. If using a third party to pick up a copy of the third party release must be completed and submitted prior to scheduling appointment for pick up.

Call (636) 797-3737 ext 121 to verify location of asset. Asset may be at an offsite location or at any of the Jefferson County Health Departments facilities.

An appointment is required for pick up of assets.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Items may only be picked up by appointment only Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
