PICKUP This vehicle is located at Cityside Enterprises, 1 Mystic Ave, Charlestown, MA 02129. All pickups must be coordinated directly with Cityside. Please do not arrive without scheduling in advance.
Winning bidders have 5 days from auction close to complete pickup:
- Days 1–3: Free storage — no additional charge
- Days 4–5: Buyer is responsible for storage fees paid directly to Cityside Enterprises
- Day 6+: Failure to pick up or communicate a need for additional time will result in cancellation of the sale and the vehicle will be relisted for auction

REMOVAL
This vehicle is located at Cityside Enterprises, 1 Mystic Ave, Charlestown, MA 02129.
All removals must be scheduled in advance with Cityside Enterprises. Do not arrive without a confirmed appointment. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with the removal and transport of the vehicle.
Pickup window is as follows:
- Days 1–3 post-auction: Free storage — coordinate with Cityside to schedule your pickup within this window to avoid additional fees
- Days 4–5 post-auction: Storage fees apply and are paid directly to Cityside Enterprises at the time of pickup
- Day 6+: Failure to pick up or communicate will result in cancellation of the sale and the vehicle will be relisted
All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is. The winning bidder is responsible for arranging appropriate transportation. Cityside Enterprises does not provide loading equipment — please bring what you need.
The title will only be signed over to the name on the Bill of Sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
