Once paid in full buyer will receive a receipt and and will go approx 3.4 miles to Maury County Highway @ 1210 Industrial Park Rd Columbia TN 38401 to obtain the equipment..Pickup is M-Thursday 8:30am-3pm Payment must be made by CASH(Exact Amount), Cashiers Check or Money Order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT/CC PAYMENTS, ACH,WIRE,VENMO,APPLEPAY ETC). Please DO NOT call after winning the bid to see if we will accept these other forms of payment. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
