(8) TOSHIBA COPIERS removed from a K-12 school system as part of a refresh program. Most of these units were in operation the day they were removed,
but they have not been tested since. Functionality is unknown & parts may be missing. Image count varies by machine and hard drives have been removed.
Physical inspection is recommended prior to bidding. Models included are: (5) 4508a, (1) 4518a, (2) 5508a, (1) 5518a, (1) 6508a & (1) 6518a.

Buyer will make all arrangements & perform all work necessary including packing, loading & transportation regardless of size & weight. No assistance will be
provided, so please consider before bidding. Failure to remove items within (10) days or making other arrangements with CCSD staff within this time frame will result in the ownership of items to revert to CCSD for resale or disposal without refund.

There is "NO" guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the quality, operability, functionality or possible repair on these items. Sold "AS IS". All items listed are
"NOT" inspected or mechanically checked, including its packaging, prior to placement in the auction. All notated inventory is simply a courtesy and an attempt
to assist bidders with a "GENERAL ESTIMATION" of what "MAY OR MAY NOT" be included in the auction lot.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days, or in a time frame specified in sale listing, from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Failure to remove items within ten (10) days, or in the time frame specified in sale listing, or making other approved plans for pick up with authorized Cobb County School District staff within this time frame will result in the ownership of items to revert to CCSD for resale or disposal without refund. Buyers are not allowed use of CCSD dumpsters to dispose of items they purchase.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
