Truck will start with a boost and run and drive but has some issues. It has been out of service for over 2 year's. Decals will be removed prior to auction ending.

Known Faults:

Front kingpins worn bad and will need to be replaced possible front axle is needed.
Ball joints on drag link need to be replaced.
Rubber bushing pads for rear suspension are worn and need to be replaced.
Batteries are bad.
Has misfire and is smoking. Not heavy smoke but white/blue in color.
Low coolant fault code, coolant is full.
DEF heater line is disconnected and fitting missing.
Missing fuel cap.
Will build air but has leak large enough that the compressor will not keep up at idle.
Tailgate lock control in cab not working.
PTO has intermittent operation - We assume this to be a wiring/connection issue at the control box located on the side of the body.

Town of Cary employees are not able to assist with moving and loading.

Most items are stored at the Town of Cary, Operation Center located at 400 - 420 James Jackson Ave., Cary (between NW Cary Parkway and NW Maynard Rd.). If using GPS for directions, enter 400 James Jackson Ave, Cary, NC 27513. Look for the only 3 lane paved driveway with a black mail box on right. Items are stored in several locations at Public Works site.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

ALL Pick-ups will require a printed copy of the Govdeals Bill of Sale to get your Purchased Item. It will be sent electronically upon completion of payment. If a third party is being used, please printout and complete the release authorization form. It is linked to the the item listing.

Most items are stored at the Town of Cary, Operation Center located at 400 - 420 James Jackson Ave., Cary (between NW Cary Parkway and NW Maynard Rd.). If you bought a titled item, you will be asked to fill out the Re-Assignment Information as YOU want it recorded. We need to copy the completed Title Re-Assignment for Town records. No corrections are allowed by DMV. You may need to bring a license plate when driving the vehicle off the Town's property.

The Buyer will make ALL arrangements and perform ALL work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of your property. The Town will NOT provide any tools, materials or manpower.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item NOT removed within 10 business days as stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Please note that upon removal of the property, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for an incorrect description must be made prior to the removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
