Description

Lot of used Apple iPads. These had been previously used by our fire department for different work applications and have been replaced. They have been cleared and are ready to use. Some include protective cases. See pics. Included are:

10 QTY 9th generation iPad
2 QTY 8th generation iPad
1 QTY i Pad Air 2

Upon close of auction, winner can contact Wickliffe Finance Department during normal business hours (440) 943-7117 to arrange payment. Once that has been confirmed, items will be released. This lot will not be shipped. In-person pick up is expected. Please bring photo ID for confirmation at time of pick up. Items located at 29885 Euclid Avenue Wickliffe, Ohio 44092. Pick up can be made during normal business hours at the FD. Good Luck.

Inspection

Payment

The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory),Mastercard / Visa payments will be accepted with 3% convenience fee
Checks shall be made payable to: City of Wickliffe (440) 943-7117 TAX EXEMPTION TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
