This unit was purchased new on 12/13/2019 and has been maintained by The City of Midwest City Fleet Department. While the description provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge, the equipment may contain defects that are not immediately apparent.
The City of Midwest City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to withdraw any item from sale at any time. All sales are final — no refunds and no exchanges.
Equipment must be removed by appointment within 10 business days of the auction’s end. Release of equipment will occur only after full payment has been received as specified. Under no circumstances will The City of Midwest City be responsible for packing, loading, or shipping.

SALES TAX

Removal
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
