Removal Terms:

• The paid invoice from the auctioneer and valid identification are required to remove the lot(s).
• Appointments are made in 30-minute intervals. At the end of the fifteen-minute grace period, if no one has claimed a lot, the appointment will be cancelled, and will need to be rescheduled.
• The entire lot(s) must be removed at the scheduled appointment time. If the entire lot cannot be removed during the scheduled time, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled.
• Some items may be HEAVY, ensure you have proper loading equipment and assistance. Loading equipment and assistance will not be provided by the County under any circumstances. The County does not ship or provide transportation services for removal.
• If a third party is sent to remove the lot(s), the Buyer must submit an Authorization of Release.
• Onsite repairs are prohibited at the lot location site. Should an item need services, the item will need to be removed from the location site for services.
• Vehicles Only – A copy of the original title and a Texas Department of Motor Vehicle form 130-U Application for Texas Title and/or Registration will be provided to bidder.

Unclaimed Lots

If lots are not removed by the final removal date listed above, or if a good faith effort is not made to retrieve the lot(s), per the auctioneer’s terms and conditions, ownership of the lot will revert back to the County to dispose of or re-sell the lot at its discretion.

Buyers will not be refunded if ownership reverts back to the County.
