This lot includes buy may not be limited to: 1 box of flat screens, Chromebooks, cases, misc technology items, 1 Alpha Smart cart, 1 pallet of computer towers, and 1 pallet of miscellaneous printers.

Exact makes, models and quantities are not available unless stated above. Overall condition is unknown and some parts may be missing, broken, or inoperable. Hard drives removed from any computers or laptops if included in auction lot.

Pictures may not accurately portray the condition of the asset. Item sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, HOW-IS.

Please plan to bring a removal vehicle large enough to pick up ALL items in the auction lot. No items can be left behind.

Loading, removal, and transport of all items purchased are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. NO LOADING ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE.

The GovDeals paid Bill of Sale or Buyer's Certificate must be presented as proof of purchase at time of pick up along with valid identification.

All sales are final. A 12.5% Buyers premium will be added to the final selling price of all items.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving: to schedule pick up appointment, verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay online; no payments are accepted on-site.

All assets must be removed within 10 business days from date of issuance of Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, removal, and transportation of the property. A pallet jack may be available for use to assist with loading. For liability reasons, we can not allow the use of our forklift. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
